During the 1991 season, Marlboro was also present in the DTM as the main sponsor of one of the many BMW M3 E30s on the grid. Run by the
Marlboro BMW Dealer Team and driven by Cor Euser, an F3000 and Sports Car Championship driver with several appearances at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, this car achieved a thirteenth-place finish in the thirteen races it entered in the highly competitive DTM of the 1990s.
